Architecture IT Manager (SAP)

Location: Puebla (On site)

The Challenge:

To be the lead ERP solution architect. It will lead, shape, and deliver the appropriate technology solutions utilising SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and SAP SuccessFactors, and contribute to the delivery of the Group IT Strategy.

Key Roles and Responsabilities:

· Provide functional and technical leadership and guidance throughout the lifecycle of the ERP transformation

· Co-lead the ‘SAP Design Authority’ – working alongside our delivery and support partner(s).

· Collaborate with stakeholders across IT and business functions to define future-state architecture.

· Ensure various applications and systems perform to user expectations and continuously evolved, improved and maintained.

· Contribute to ensuring all IT change is appropriately governed and aligns to application roadmaps and the overall IT Strategy, Standards and Practices.

What We're Looking For:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

· Full professional English

· SAP experience

Experience and Skills:

· Operating in an international environment

· More than five years in previous design/architecture roles

· Ability to lead teams and resources in a matrix structure

· A strong focus on ‘cloud’ technologies, preferably AWS
