What We're Looking For:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in: Actuarial Science, Finance, Economics, Applied Math, Systems Engineering, or Computer Science.

• Experience: 5+ years of proven experience driving measurable business performance improvements.

• Strategic Insight: Experience across diverse industries is a strong plus, providing broader strategic insight.

• Communication: Full English Communication Skills (mandatory).

• Impact: Ability to confidently challenge results and collaborate effectively with involved departments.

Key Responsibilities – Turn Data into Strategy

1. Forecasting & Reporting: Develop forecast models to predict pre-closing figures, enabling the Senior Staff to execute targeted actions and achieve objectives.

2. Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to proactively mitigate performance deterioration.

3. Strategic Support: Create reports, dashboards, and analyses to support strategic decisions, including potential branch closure assessments.

4. Issue Resolution: Lead Root-Cause Analysis efforts to generate and drive solutions for critical business topics.

5. Opportunity Detection: Utilize multivariable analysis to unlock and detect opportunities across departments.

6. Risk Management: Build an Early Warning System to identify high-risk branches and provide immediate field recommendations for KPI improvement.

7. Deep Dive Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis and customer segmentation to optimize strategies and support territory management.

8. Statistical Modeling: Design and fine-tune statistical
